What This Site Contains

Independence and Commercial Operation

The site is free to use. There is nothing to buy, no account to create, no login, no email signup, and no paywall. No personal information is required to read anything here, nothing on this site is for sale, and no payment is accepted for the inclusion, removal, ranking, or wording of any summary.

This site is independently operated and is not associated with Jerry Seiner, any competitor, or any parent or affiliated company. No dealership, review platform, competitor, or other party has paid for, funded, or been given influence over its content. Corrections are handled on the merits, free of charge.

Trademark and Attribution

Yelp, Cars.com, DealerRater, Google Maps, and CARFAX are trademarks of their respective owners. Their names and logos appear on this site solely to identify the public review platforms that a summary or link refers to. None of these companies is affiliated with this site, and none has sponsored, endorsed, reviewed, or approved its content. Logos are reproduced unaltered; a platform that objects to its mark appearing here may request removal at [email protected] and it will be replaced with a plain-text reference.

Correction and Removal Requests

If you believe content is inaccurate, outdated, misattributed, or should be reviewed for removal, email [email protected] with the page, topic, source, and reason.

Correction and removal requests are evaluated based on:

• Factual accuracy of the summarized themes (whether the summary fairly represents the underlying review data)
• Proper attribution to the source review platform and date range
• Whether the review content itself has been removed from the source platform
• Legal requirements, including applicable law regarding defamation and unfair business practices

It is published as free independent consumer commentary and editorial analysis, not as a commercial service.
